Affiliate terms.

The program is operated by Georg Steinbauer, Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen), Erlenweg 46, 8530 Deutschlandsberg, Austria (“FundedPilot”). Contact: support@thefundedpilot.com. You (“Affiliate”) act as an independent partner. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership or agency.

• Individuals aged 18 or over and registered businesses.
• Not residents of, and not operating from, a restricted country: the United States of America, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, and the occupied parts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson).
• One affiliate account per person or business.
• We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion, without giving reasons. You can start promoting only after we have confirmed your approval in writing.

After approval you receive a personal discount code. Every purchase of an evaluation made with your code is attributed to you. Purchases without your code cannot be attributed, even if the customer found us through you. Only one discount code can be used per order. The discount your code gives is set by FundedPilot and may change, for example during promotions.

• You earn 15% of the net amount paid for each evaluation bought with your code, after discounts and excluding VAT and payment fees charged to the customer.
• Commission becomes payable once the order can no longer be withdrawn or refunded, at the earliest 14 days after the purchase.
• No commission is paid, or paid commission is deducted from future payouts, for orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled or fraudulent.
• No commission is paid on your own purchases or on purchases by your household members (self-referral).
• Founding partners may agree individual terms with us in writing; those take precedence.

Commission is calculated per calendar month and paid by the 15th of the following month, by bank transfer (SEPA) or in USDC, once your balance reaches at least $50. Smaller balances carry over to the next month. Before the first payout you provide your payout details and, where required, an invoice and proof of identity. You are responsible for declaring and paying your own taxes and social security contributions on your commission.

To protect our traders and our reputation, every promotion must follow these rules:

• Label it as advertising (for example “#ad” or “Werbung”) according to the rules of your country and platform.
• No promises of profits or income. Do not claim that traders will pass, get funded or earn a certain amount, and do not present payouts as a salary or investment return.
• Make clear that FundedPilot offers simulated trading evaluations on demo accounts. Do not describe it as a broker, investment or deposit of real money.
• Do not target people in restricted countries (the United States of America, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, and the occupied parts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson)), for example with paid ads.
• Do not use the names or logos of exchanges, data providers or trading platform providers in connection with FundedPilot, and do not claim any partnership that we have not announced ourselves.
• Do not promote trade copiers, account management, account sharing or any other practice prohibited by our Trading Rules.
• No spam, fake reviews, misleading discount claims, coupon-site listings of your code without our consent, or paid search ads on the FundedPilot brand name.
• Only use the FundedPilot name and logo as provided by us, and never change them.

Either side can end the partnership at any time with 14 days’ notice by email. Commission earned up to the end date is paid as usual. If you breach these terms, we can end the partnership immediately, deactivate your code and withhold commission related to the breach.

You are responsible for your own content and for complying with the law and the rules of the platforms you use. You indemnify FundedPilot against claims caused by your breach of these terms. We may change these terms with 14 days’ notice by email; changes never reduce commission already earned.

The law of Austria applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions? Write to support@thefundedpilot.com or apply on the affiliate page.
