FundedPilot is operated by Georg Steinbauer in Austria. FundedPilot is not a bank, broker, investment firm, investment adviser or asset manager, is not licensed or supervised as such and does not offer investment opportunities. We do not accept deposits and do not manage or invest money for customers.

You are responsible for making sure that taking part is lawful where you live. Residents of restricted countries may not take part (see our Terms).

• All evaluation and performance accounts are demo accounts with simulated funds.
• No orders are sent to a real market. You never trade, deposit or own real capital.
• The fees you pay are fees for a service. They are not a deposit and are not traded.
• You can never lose more than the evaluation fee you paid.
• Simulated results can differ from real trading, for example in prices, liquidity, slippage, execution speed and spreads.

Performance rewards are paid by FundedPilot from its own funds under the conditions of the Trading Rules. They are not returns from real trading and not a share of real trading profits. There is no guarantee that you will pass an evaluation or receive any reward. Most participants do not pass. Do not rely on rewards as income and never spend money on evaluations that you cannot afford to lose.

Trading futures, including index, energy and metal futures, involves a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Results achieved in a simulated environment, including your own past results, do not indicate future results in a simulated or real environment. Trading can also be emotionally stressful. Please trade responsibly and take breaks.

The trading platform, price data and account monitoring are provided by third parties. Outages, delays, data errors or incorrect prices can occur. If a trade is based on an obvious error of the platform or the price feed, we may correct or remove it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or the website.

Nothing on this website, in our emails or in our support is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Any educational content is general information only.

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on rewards you receive in your country of residence. We do not withhold taxes for you unless the law requires it.

Laws and regulations about simulated trading programs may change. If a change makes it impossible or unlawful to continue the service in your country, we may end it there.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
