Giveaway rules.

The giveaway is organised by Georg Steinbauer, Erlenweg 46, 8530 Deutschlandsberg, Austria (“FundedPilot”). Contact: support@thefundedpilot.com. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social network or trading platform provider.

There are exactly 3 prizes. Each prize is one free $25K simulated evaluation under our Trading Rules, with the same conditions as a purchased one. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold. Each person can win at most one prize.

• Private individuals aged 18 or over with a confirmed FundedPilot account.
• Not residents of, and not taking part from, a restricted country: the United States of America, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, and the occupied parts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson).
• Not FundedPilot staff or their household members.
• One account and one spin per person. Multiple or fake accounts are excluded from the draw.

Taking part is free and no purchase is necessary. To take part you create a FundedPilot account (waitlist), subscribe to our newsletter and spin the giveaway wheel on our website once.

Newsletter. Subscribing to our newsletter (launch news and offers by email) is a condition of taking part. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us. Your tickets stay in the draw if you unsubscribe.

• Every spin wins tickets. The wheel shows 1, 2, 3, 5 tickets; the result is decided at random by our server with these chances: 1 ticket (45%), 2 tickets (30%), 3 tickets (17%) or 5 tickets (8%).
• Referral bonus: you get 1 extra ticket for every person who signs up with your personal invite link, confirms their email and spins the wheel, up to 20 extra tickets. Self-referrals and fake accounts do not count.
• The more tickets you have, the higher your chance of being drawn.

The giveaway ends on launch day. On that day we draw 3 winners at random from all tickets, using a cryptographically secure random generator. Each person can only be drawn once. Your chance of winning depends on the total number of tickets of all participants.

Winners are notified by email to the address of their FundedPilot account. Before a prize account is activated, we may verify age, residence and identity. If a winner does not meet these rules, does not reply within 14 days or cannot be verified, the prize lapses and we may draw a replacement winner.

We may exclude anyone who manipulates the giveaway, uses multiple accounts or bots, or breaks these rules. We may end or change the giveaway early for important reasons (e.g. technical problems or fraud); tickets already won remain valid in that case unless they were obtained in breach of these rules.

We use your account data to run the giveaway, to notify winners and to prevent fraud. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Legal recourse regarding the draw result is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
